Disclaimer: this article is only relevant if you have an Adversus mobile number that supports SMS in- and out
To receive inbound SMS inside Adversus you need to have a mobile number purchased from us from which you can send and receive SMS (Contact Adversus support to get a Mobile number).

The third step is to create a specific Lead Field for the Inbound SMS. You need to go to the Campaign Settings-Fields-Lead Fields and create a new field.
The last step is creating SMS journey which will update the lead field “SMS confirmation” with the text that your client sends you. You need to use the action “Edit Lead Data” in the journey and select the correct field like in the screenshot below.
You can access to your Inbound SMS from Warehouse-Leads by creating a specific view.
Go to the Warehouse-Leads, add a header filter “SMS confirmation” starts with “_” (which will filter the leads and will bring only the ones that have a value in that field) and you can now save the view to have an easy access to it.
