If your company requires 24-hour coverage or needs shift work to keep the organization operating without a hitch and optimize work output and productivity, then the timeslots might be helpful for you.
You can create different timeslots based on the time zones of your leads or the schedule (shifts) of your staff. It is under Settings-Account that you can create your timeslots.
After creating the timeslots, you can go to the Campaign Settings to adjust the timeslot settings under the “Leads” section.
You can now save the settings and go to the dialer to see how it works.
Once you open the campaign in the dialer on the right side you will have a result field “timeslot” and when you assign a timeslot to a lead, the next time system will call that lead based on the selected timeslot.
You can also assign a specific timeslot to a bunch of leads by creating a manual journey.
To create the manual journey, you need to go to the Journeys, create a manual journey, on the top left corner give a name to your journey, use the action “Update lead”, select the status “automatic redial” (or another status) and the timeslot that you want to assign to your leads (create one journey for each timeslot to not mix them up). Save and activate the journey afterward.
Now you are ready to assign the timeslot to your leads. You need to go to the Warehouse-Leads, use the filters (zip code, city, or whichever info that will help you to filter the leads), click on “Actions”, select the action “Start journey”, find the journey you have created and click on “Start”. The system will automatically update the timeslots and statuses of these leads based on your journey and the next time the agent will call the leads, every lead will appear in the dialer within their timeslots.
