The workforce in Adversus is the display on agent who has been online in a period of time and also allowing you to see the pause the have.
1. In order to enter workforce you need to go to "Insights" in the menu on the left and afterwards "Workforce"
2. In the workforce you will be presented for the the agents who have been available in the time period and also their pause at the right:
3. You are able to filter your way to specific users, teams and user groups as well different time periods:
