To be compliant with the GDPR legislation, we need your permission to access your account. You, an Administrator, need to confirm this directly from the platform. Here, you allow us to enter your account and thus your data. We want to support you in the best possible way when you need our help, and it’s beneficial for us to see your account while doing this.
1. Go to “Settings” in the menu on the left.
2. Choose “Account.”
3. Tick the box that says, “Allow Adversus support access to your account.”
4. Under “Support access expires,” you need to choose the date the consent expires.
5. Click “Update client settings” to save at the bottom.
We now have the opportunity to access your Adversus account up until the selected expiration date. You can edit your permission at any given time. Thank you for helping us help you!
