In Adversus you have the possibility to send E-mails to different people. Using E-mails in Adversus can be an effective way of sending e-mails because of the possibility to send e-mails based at triggers, eg. once a lead is saved as a succes, you send an automatic e-mails.
You can also through our Journey module create more advanced email flows based on triggers. Also the journey module can help you "listen" to the activity on the mails, eg. update a lead once the email is opened by the customer.
Besides having e-mails based on triggers, the e-mails in Adversus works generic. This means that the e-mails in Adversus can be generated based on the leaddata you have. This is very beneficial when you have some standart templates that you wish to customize, based on the info you have on the lead.
In the activity log on the leads, you can also see the activity on the mails you've send to a customer eg. if the customers have opened the email and also if the customer have clicked on a link in the article.
