In Adversus you have the possibility to send SMS to different people. Using SMS in Adversus can be an effective way of sending SMS because of the possibility to send SMS based at triggers, eg. once a lead is saved as a succes, you send an automatic SMS.
Besides having SMS based on triggers, the SMS in Adversus works generic. This means that the SMS in Adversus can be generated based on the lead data you have. This is very beneficial when you have some standard templates that you wish to customise, based on the info you have on the lead.
SMS in Adversus in split into two things:
SMS templates
SMS templates is standart SMS on a campaign which can be send based on triggers. SMS templates can be created on a campaign with the specific fields connected to the campaign. You can to "Settings" --> "Mail and SMS templates. You can see more here
SMS reminder:
SMS reminders is reminders who are send to the lead before an appointment which are booked in Adversus. SMS reminders are only useful if you have integrated a calendar and are booking meetings directly into the calendar through Adversus.
If you want to send a SMS reminder you can add it to a campaign. You can to "Settings" --> "Campaigns" --> "SMS reminder":
Afterwards you click "Create SMS reminder" in the top right corner:
You need to choose the sender which the SMS is send from, as well as the recipient. Here you can use merge tag, so you automatically send the SMS to the phone number for the specific lead:
The merge tags can also be used in the reminder, for an example if you SMS should start with "Dear (customer name)" merge tags for the customer name can be found on the right:
Please note that the merge tag for lead master data and result data is different depending in your specific fields.
The last thing you need to do, is to choose when the reminder should be send, you to the it the The same day, 1 day before, 2 days before or hours before:
In this example we send it the same day 1 Hour before the meeting.
