It might be a good idea to integrate the meeting consultant's calendars, so the agents have the ability to view them directly in the campaign.

If an internal user needs to integrate a calendar:
1. Go to "Users" and then "Calendar user'' and edit the meeting consultant who should have the calendar integrated.
2. On the left side of the screen, select "Add Calendar.
3. The following image will appear.
4. Select which calendar to integrate and fill in the requested information.
