Send an Email or SMS the first time you called a lead that did not answer the phone.
In this example, we want to send an Email or SMS to the customer the first time we call and they do not pick up the phone. This can be useful when the customer has stated that they want to get in touch. Then you will be able to send an SMS with information on how they can reach you.
On "Common Campaign" we will send an Email or SMS to subjects that received the status "Voicemail" after 1 call attempt.
