Introduction to Warehouse
The Warehouse in Adversus is where you can find and control your leads, sales, bookings, contacts, and calls. But don’t mistake Warehouse for statistics and reports, which provide you with all raw data on your KPIs.
Instead, Warehouse is where you go if you want to know everything about your leads, sales, bookings, contacts, or calls.
The warehouse has 5 categories:
- Leads
- Bookings
- Sales
- Contacts
- Calls
Leads – Guide here.
Under the Leads Warehouse, you’ll be able to find all leads with their enriched data, such as name, telephone number, etc. More often than not, you want to look at specific leads instead of all of them. Add different filters only to view the leads that are relevant to you. The filters are available in the menu on the right side of your screen.
The filters work by choosing either “Equal,” “Not equal,” or “In,” e.g., in the campaign filter. Let’s say that you want to find all leads in the campaign “Cars and Trucks.” Then it would be best if you chose “Equal.” Sometimes you need the filters to be either “more or less than.” An example could be in the “Last contacted” filter. You want to find leads that are contacted after the specific date 04.02.2020.
Watch how to add the filter right here:
You can add multiple filters at once to make sure that you’re only shown relevant data. It is also possible to add more columns to your filters. By doing that, you add all the information you need to create an overview. Go to “Columns” in the menu on the right. Add missing columns or delete irrelevant columns.
When you have chosen the relevant columns, you can also select actions on the selected leads. Actions are also found in the menu on the right.
The following actions are available:
- Add to the campaign: Warehouse will add the selected leads to a new campaign (leads will still be active in the original campaign if they aren’t moved).
- Deactivate leads on campaign: This will delete leads on their current campaign(s).
- Delete recordings: The warehouse will delete all existing recordings on the lead.
If you only want to select particular leads, you can tick the box next to the leads.
What to do the next time?
Now you’ve spent a lot of time on the perfect setup in Warehouse. What to do the next time you need to do the same?
Luckily, you can save your filters, so your setup is locked and loaded for next time. Maybe you want to save a view as “Today’s sales.”
You can save the view under “Save” in the top right corner.
Bookings – Guide here.
Under the Bookings Warehouse, you’ll be able to find all bookings but be aware that they’re only available if you have integrated a calendar on your campaign.
Your dialer must be ready for appointment scheduling. Read more about that here.
Typical, you’re interested in finding specific bookings instead of having them all shown. Bookings Warehouse provides you with different filters to make it possible for you to search for specific bookings.
All bookings have the necessary data, such as name, telephone number, status, etc.
Change booking status
Another important feature is the opportunity to update your bookings with a status. E.g., you have booked a meeting with a client. Before the scheduled meeting, they call to tell you they can’t make it, but they want to reschedule for another day. Under Warehouse, you can postpone the meeting. Furthermore, you can also cancel a meeting or set it as “held.”
Sales – Guide here.
Under Sales Warehouse, all sales are available – you guessed it! Furthermore, you can use filters to view specific sales.
Many want to view sales made to specific target groups or specific products that have been sold.
We also offer to send automated emails with the data criteria you choose when making the email template. An example could be that you wish to receive a weekly update on your sales every Friday.
