To create one or more users; Both phoners, managers and meeting consultants and sales acces, you must do the following
1. Select " Users", in the main menu.
2. You now have the option three create two types of users;
- Agents/admin who are phoners, supervisors, managers.
- Calendar user who are users who hold meetings with the customer, such as an insurance salesman who holds meetings that an internal user has booked.
Internal user creation:To create an internal user, select "Create User":In the following image, as seen on the right, the information must be entered. A "Normal User" is a few rights phoner, whereas an "Admin" has all rights in Adversus.
Creating a meeting consultant:
To create a meeting consultant, select "Create Consultant":
Afterwards, you enter information on the meeting consultant.

Creating sales access - Create here
If you use Adversus for direct sales and you sell products for another company, the sales access can be used by the company you sell for. When logging in with a sales access you are able to see all sales which are made. You can see which products, how many and at what price. Also you can see how many sales are closed but also how many in-process sales there are, so you have an idea on what to expect in the future.

If you want to integrate Adversus to another system, this can be done through an API user. When creating an API user, you can control if the user should only have reading right, custom right or admin rights.
