In this article, we will show you how to switch between users, if you have more than one user assigned to the same e-mail address in Adversus.
In some cases you will experience having multiple users created on the same e-mail address.
The main reason is usually that you have a phoner user and a calendar user assigned to the same e-mail.
Another reason could be that you’re administrating or solving tasks for several different companies and need a user for each company – but still created with the same e-mail.
Guide to switching users when you’re logged into Adversus
1. Go down to your username in the bottom of the menu in the left corner
2. When you scroll over your username, a pop-up will appear where you can choose between different options
3. At the top of the pop-up, tap ”Change workspace”
4. When you have clicked on “Change workspace”, you can now see the different users you have assigned to your e-mail. Click on the user you want to use in Adversus.
