When using Adversus, the system should be set up to know what your different columns/fields are. For example, Adversus needs to know that a column called "Phone" is a phone number. Otherwise, the phone number will not automatically appear in the dialer.
If you mistakenly mistook them, then change it as follows:
1. Select "Settings", "Account settings", "Fields groups" and then change the group the fields belongs to by clicking on the three dots and edit at the right. Often you will only have one groups where all fields are in.
2. This is where you will find all the columns you have created.
3. Now you can change the name, content type (plain text, phone etc.) and the data type (text or numbers).
