When using Adversus, the system should be set up to know what your different columns/fields are. For example, Adversus needs to know that a column called "Phone" is a phone number. Otherwise, the phone number will not automatically appear on the dialer.
If you mistakenly mistook them, then change them as follows:
1. Select "Settings," "Account settings", "Fields groups" and then change the group the fields belong to by clicking on the three dots and edit at the right. Often you will only have one group where all fields are in.
2. This is where you will find all the columns you have created.
3. Now you can change the name, content type (plain text, phone, etc.), and the data type (text or numbers).
