When using Adversus, the system should be set up to know what your different columns/fields are. For example, Adversus needs to know that a column called "Phone" is a phone number, otherwise the phone number will not automatically appear in the dialer.
If you mistakenly mistook them, then change it as follows:
1. Select "Settings", "Account settings" and then "Data Fields" will show up.
2. This is where you will find all the columns you have created.
3. Now you can change the name, content type (plain text, phone etc.) and the data type (text or numbers).
