Notice! This is only if you are not using inbound on your campaigns. Or else set it up in the inbound settings.
To set how to record conversations, do the following:
1. Go to "settings" and then "campaigns" in the menu on the left side.
2. Select "edit" by clicking on the small pencil to the right, next to the campaign you want to set:

3. Select "Recordings" and then set the recording:
- Always.
- Never.
- If permission to record is on - agents must manually enter and choose whether to record the conversation during the call. The recording will begin at the start of the call.
- If permission to record is off - agents must manually enter and choose whether to record the conversation during the call. The recording will begin at the start of the call.
4. If "by permission" is selected, the agent may choose to record by selecting this button during the conversation:
Once the agent has reached the lead and has received permission to record the conversation, the recording can begin, and the recording will be available right away.
